GSA Advantage! is the GSA's online shopping and ordering system with access
to over 3.2 million of services and products, including those under all of the
Multiple Award Schedules. GSA Advantage allows a government buyer to send an
order directly to a contractor, creating a direct customer-contractor relationship.
To shop GSA Advantage! you must be a Federal Government employee with a government-wide
SmartPay purchase card or a GSA Activity Address Code (AAC). To browse GSA Advantage!
all you need to do is log on to the web site www.gsaadvantage.gov and register.
Every Schedule holder must upload its products and services to GSA Advantage!
after contract award and update it as frequently as needed - as every schedule
holder has agreed to keep its contract current on GSA Advantage!
Agency buyers that use GSA Advantage! can:
- Search for items using keywords, part numbers, National Stock Numbers, supplier names, contract numbers, etc.;
- Compare features, prices, and delivery options;
- Configure products and add accessories;
- Place orders directly online;
- Review delivery options;
- Select a convenient payment method;
- View order history to track status, reorder, or cancel.
You can view your products and your competitors by registering with
GSA Advantage! and using it as market research tool. Your zip code is
required as some Schedules are regional only.
