Eligible Users of the GSA Schedules
In addition to the Federal Agencies and quasi-agencies, Tribes and Tribal Organizations,
many international organizations, certain types of Federal Contractors several other activities and organizations
have been granted permission to buy from the GSA Multiple Award Schedule contracts.
Shown below are the agencies and outside organizations that have been granted
authority to use the GSA Schedules. As this is subject to change, we recommend
using the web link below for the most current listing of eligible users.
Also, EFFECTIVE MAY 07, 2003 ... State and Local governments can purchase from
the GSA Information Technology Schedule 70. It's called "Cooperative Purchasing." SO .... if you sell IT products and professional services you should make sure that your GSA eLibrary Web listing shows that icon that says you will participate in the Cooperative Purchasing Program. You can't fix it without your GSA CO's assistance.
